The WoofJocks Canine All Stars are a team of Southern Ontario professional dog trainers and of course, their very talented dogs. They offer a 30-minute variety show that is both educational and entertaining. Each show is choreographed to music, showcasing tricks, agility, frisbee, musical freestyle, precision obedience drills and fun, audience interactive canine games.

There is no fee to participate, and all funds raised go directly to theLions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides! The Purina Walk for Dog Guides is a national fundraising walk held in more than 200 communities across Canada. It raises funds to help train Dog Guides for Canadians with visual, hearing, medical or physical disabilities. To date the walk has raised more than $12 million!
The Harbourfront walk starts and ends at Purina PawsWay. Our 2014 walk raised just under $20,000, and we’d love to top that this year! Join us for the walk, followed by a BBQ lunch (courtesy of Sobey’s), a silent auction and prize draw!

Benefiting: Foundation of Resources for Teens
Dogs 4 Youth will be the biggest dog marketplace in Niagara, featuring vendors from across the region in a one-stop dog shop! Live entertainment, delicious food, and everything your furry friend could ever want, all under one roof for one day only! All proceeds go to helping the FORT youth centre, an organization that provides free programming for youth ages 11-18 in Grimsby, Smithville, and Caistor.
Petapolooza, Pickering’s Pet Trade Show

The City of Pickering, Animal Services Section will host its 4th Petapolooza Trade Show. The Petapolooza trade show brings together pet enthusiasts within our community and gives them an opportunity to meet industry professionals, rescue groups, and others in the pet industry. New for this year’s event we will be having an amateur dog obedience show and food and drinks will be available from a local food truck. All funds generated from this event will go towards the development of a permanent Animal Shelter here in Pickering.
