I was very limited in what I could take back to Canada but did manage to have Kilo taste test the following best dog treats from our swag bag:

Kilo’s Seal Of Approval
They were like crack for Kilo. He could barely contain himself. He nearly ran off with a whole one the first time I brought them out. He practiced “wait” but it was torture. I had to break them up into little pieces. Love the packaging too.
pawTree
Kilo really loved the sample of 2 pawTree treats. I broke them up and used them for training.
The pawTree pawTreats have superior quality nutrition and follow the pawTree promise which I like:
What’s In Them? Ingredients
I really liked the fact that pawTreats are freeze-dried, grain-free, high protein treats made in the U.S.A. with very limited healthy ingredients!

Dr Harvey’s Coconut Smiles
An Organic Treat Worth Smiling About
Dr. Harvey’s Coconut Smiles are a healthy and delicious treat made with just one ingredient – 100% organic dehydrated coconut. Coconut is regarded as a ‘superfood’ because of its countless health benefits. Fun and So Nutritious.
Coconut Smiles are chock-full of powerful nutrients and rich in fiber to support digestion. Their coconut is sourced directly from farmers, cultivated sustainably and in accordance with fair trade practices.
Kilo absolutely loved these chewy treats and I did too. He finished the sample bag over a few days when I first arrived back, before I was ready to get a photo and review. I’ll be looking for more.
I also loved the Book of Miracles I picked up at the booth- Real Stories from Real Customers. I loved the look of lots of their products.
What are you doing to help your dog’s dental care?
Bad breath or “Dog Breath” is caused by bacteria in your dog’s mouth. When plaque, tartar and bacteria build-up in your dog’s mouth it can lead to periodontal disease. Plaque is soft and can be brushed away. However, if you leave it untouched layers of plaque can accumulate creating dental tartar. Tartar forms a hard deposit on teeth that further traps bacteria in and under the gumline. Complete oral care is important for your dog’s overall health and can add years to their lifespan.
Any dog owners who have tried brushing their dog’s teeth know it can be a challenge! Greenies Dental Treats and Chews provide teeth cleaning and total oral care for pets without the fight. They are the #1 vet-recommended dental chews and treats and were the first treat to receive the VETERINARY ORAL HEALTH COUNCIL Seal of Acceptance for control of plaque and tartar buildup.
What’s In Them? Ingredients
Greenies are enriched with essential vitamins and minerals and are low fat, which makes them safe for daily use, although I do not give them to Kilo daily. They are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for adult dog maintenance. There are more ingredients than I like, and I am not sure about “fruit juice color” and “turmeric color”, but the rest seem fine.

Kilo’s Seal Of Approval
Kilo seems to love the taste, smell and texture of Greenies and they are a good size for him. He took the chew right away and didn’t let go! Of course, you need to supervise your dog with any chew. I like the resealable package I got too.
DOG for DOG is an all natural dog food and treat company with a mission to help dogs in need. For every product they sell, an equal product is donated to a dog in need. They also have an online community committed to enhancing the life of man’s best friend via proper nutrition. We got a sample of Salmon kibble but I have been using it as treats. The pieces are a good size for Kilo’s treat ball and for multiple rewards when training.

Sorry if we missed any treats at BlogPaws, but we had flight issues and arrived late Thursday night so our time at booths was a little rushed. We also had limitations taking any samples back containing meat or not fully sealed. We heard the Merrick Treats were delicious too, so we’ll try them here in Canada.
We are joining Sugar’s Tasty Tuesday Blog Hop.

Ruby loved the PawTree and Dog for Dog treats. The other two were a little tough on her teeth. She tends to like softer treats. We also have some of Dr. Harvey’s sweet potato treats which we haven’t tried yet.

Kilo ended up with quite a feast! We are still working through our BlogPaws swag, but one thing the boys really love is Dr. Harvey’s Coconut Smiles!
Andrea @ This Pug Life says
So sad they confiscated some of your swag! But it looks like you got a pretty good selection home to Kilo.
