Pet Portraits by Aria
At The Canadian Pet Expo
The Fall Canadian Pet and Reptile Breeders’ Expo at the Toronto International Centre was held this past weekend in Ontario. Hundreds of participants, including Talent Hounds, Rescue Organizations, Conservationists, vendors, breeders, manufacturers, educators and entertainers welcomed thousands of pet lovers to Canada’s Largest Consumer Pet Show.
I had never seen (and held or patted- for charity) so many snakes, lizards, and other reptiles in one spot. This was the first year they invited the dogs and cats with the Reptiles in the Fall Show.
It was great to see all of the new and exciting products for dogs from brands like Neo-Paws, Nerf Dog, Big Country Raw, Nutrience, and more.
A few of the rescue organizations we love like PugALug and Boxer Rescue were there helping spread awareness about adopting dogs in need. Events like this are great for getting exposure and getting hugs (Tanum came for a visit at our booth and jumped on my knee for a hug- such a sweetie).
We mentioned on Monday how inspiring and heartwarming it was to see so many dedicated pet parents and pet lovers flock to the event dedicated to animals and their well being. All the animals seem to get along as they enjoyed the event with their families.
