The WoofJocks are a team of professional dog trainers and, of course, their very talented dogs. They offer 30-minute, variety-type shows that are both educational and entertaining. Great for the whole family!

A day when you can relax and watch YOUR dog be the star. A complete interactive “dog” festival where the family dog has fun running agility and speed tracks and much more. Puppy Kindergarten
11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Admission: $149 + hst (4 weeks)
Puppy Kindergarten is a fun and interactive way to introduce puppies and owners to basic training. Starting early with fun and rewarding positive motivational training helps teach the behavior we want before bad habits have a chance to form. For puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old.
Hamilton/Burlington SPCA Summer Camp

Admission: $200/week or $120/short week (Tues-Thurs ONLY!)
For young animal lovers ages 6-11 to learn how to care, respect and handle animals. Runs in weekly segments July 6- August 21. Before care: 8:00-8:30am ($6). After care: 4:30-5:00pm ($6). Click here for more information and to register.

Admission: $10.00 per car -All DogLoversDays shows raise funds for local charities including pet rescues and various service clubs.
St Thomas Dog Lovers Days is a fun filled family day with your dog! A day when you can relax and watch YOUR dog be the star. A complete interactive “dog” festival where the family dog has fun running agility and speed tracks and much more. If its called a dog festival, it should be “all about the dog”. Your dog can have a ball running a lure course, get the star treatment in the Pamper Zone, have some fun in the Doggie Play Zone, or visit a Holistic Healer at the Health and Wellness Centre. Of course, for the adults, there are numerous vendors and lots to see. Stay tuned for new and exciting dog related items to appear. In the case of pet rescues, any and all dogs on display may not be adopted at the event to avoid impulse purchasing. All dogs must be on a regular leash with no retractable leashes allowed. Responsible pet owners only.

A fun week of dog-sports for you and your dog! Agility, obedience, rally, lure coursing, tricks & games, tracking and more. Activities for dogs of all sizes, and ideal for puppies & beginners. You & your dog will stay in a private room, all meals and classes included — all activities on site so no driving required once you’re there. You can take 6 different courses all in one week! Kingston is celebrating the Sir John A. Bicentennial this year, so you’ll also be able to enjoy the special activities going on all summer.

K9 Sport Fest is a festival which will be celebrating dog sports and reaching out to pet owners to learn about the sports at the event.
St. John Ambulance Pet First Aid
10:00am to 5:00pm
Admission: $129 + hst including book and Pet First Aid kit
This one-day course takes place the third Saturday of every month and is taught by certified First Aid instructors. It provides you with the knowledge, judgment, and skills needed to respond safely and effectively in an emergency situation.

A full day of fun and games for dogs of all skill levels to participate as a team with their human. Geared towards FUN as opposed to obedience, even children can take part with the family pet. There will be three main Olympaws Games including the Breadstick Retrieve Challenge, T-shirt Relay, and the Recall Challenge, complete with an opening ceremony and medals ceremony. Spectators can enjoy watching or taking part in the events to win prizes or just have some good old fun!

Muddy Paws Wine Festival
noon to 5 pm
Admission: $20.00 + HST. Each ticket includes access to the Festival area at both wineries; one glass of wine and one commemorative glass. Wine can also be purchased by the Glass: $8.00 each (incl. tax). This is a full 5 oz glass of wine; a Border Collie-sized portion, not a Chihuahua size. Food: $8.00 (incl. tax) per serving.
Benefiting: National Service Dogs
Featherstone, wines will be available by the glass, Chef Patrick Engel will have delicious fare available and the Jazz Trio “MGM” will delight you all afternoon. For the four-legged visitors, fresh dog treats will be baked in our wood-fired pizza oven.
National Service Dogs will be visiting with their puppies in training. They provide certified service dogs to children with autism and people with PTSD.
At Vineland Estates Winery, there will be great wines for sale by the glass and superb food from their renowned kitchen. Jane Book, an award-winning dog trainer, will give an agility demonstration.
There will also be dog contests – Cutest Puppy, Biggest Dog, Smallest Dog, Best Kisser- and a Marketplace of canine-themed vendors selling dog-related accessories and services. The Bruce Trail connects Vineland Estates and Featherstone, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk between wineries.
