Race: 52 Snapshots of Life
This weeks theme for the 52 Snapshots of Life Blog Hop is: Race. It got me thinking about life and the idea of just rushing through it as fast as I can. I found this beautiful quote by Summer Sanders that I feel perfectly sums up the idea of enjoying life and not racing through it.
“To be a champion, I think you have to see the big picture. It’s not about winning and losing; it’s about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It’s about embracing the pain that you’ll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge.” -Summer Sanders
I hope you find inspiration in this and embrace the day ahead. As Marcus Garvey once said, “If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life.”
Happy Friday!

Good philosophy of life! Stopping to be here now is so important, because life DOES go by so fast. Thanks for sharing and reminding…:-)
