Thank You to all the Amazing Rescue Dogs and our Awesome Team- you rocked!
Filming for our new #RescuesRock campaign and TV episode started last weekend at Pie in the Sky Studios. On behalf of Talent Hounds I’d like to give a BIG thank you to all the wonderful rescue dogs and their families for sharing their talents and their inspirational stories of adoption, and to our Team of crew and supporters.
Pie in the Sky Studio
Thank you to owner Tim Bewick, Ayda and their beautiful baby who met her first puppy, and Brian who did a great job with lighting at Pie in the Sky Studios. What a spectacular space, incredible equipment, and great attitude. Always such a pleasure filming there and working with Tim.
Crew
To our wonderful Team, Thank You for helping capturing so many wonderful moments and making it such a fun day. Can’t wait to share.
Thanks to Co-Director, Cameraman and Rescue Dog lover Daniel Oron who was not afraid to climb ladders and get down on the floor at dog level to get the great shots. Making great TV is clearly “not a hobby” for this talented expert – what a treat to work with him. Hope we can again soon.
Thanks to Shahid Shafiq (www.shahidshafiq.com) for all his great work on camera capturing the magic. Look forward to the next opportunity.
To the delightful Colleen Yates for her absolutely beautiful photographs of the rescues (in photo above by Angela Casullo) and also for her beautiful attitude. I highly recommend Colleen and happy to forward contacts.
To lovely Ange who kept the social media going and all of us organized and fed. She somehow dodged the camera.
Sponsor Bullwrinkles
And of course thank you to Tanya Trinchini from Bullwrinkles who helped wrangle and cuddle pups, provided much loved Treats and told us all about their efforts to raise funds and support Humane Societies and Rescues across Ontario.
TheRescue Dogs and Parents #rescuesrock
Tim , Fishstick the Pug’s dad below summed up the day by saying, “I can’t imagine my life without Fishstick. If I help at least one dog get rescued I will be forever happy.”
Arthur’s Mom Margaret added “When you rescue one dog, you actually save two lives. The one you adopted, and the one who takes his space at the shelter or foster home”.
Indica’s owner Katrina pointed out that it doesn’t always stop there. Indica saved her life when she had a health crisis during the night so in fact, 3 lives were saved.
Harley, Daniel and Trish showing off their moves.
Talented Remy mid leap!
Linzy and mom Reta.
Heartwarming stories of love and lots of laughs on set! Arthur would make anyone smile. You can see I was not having fun at all.
Enjoy the gallery of behind the scenes shots and meet all the rescue dogs who will be staring in our Rescues Rock Campaign!
