Shake A Paw Center For Rescue & Adoption of New Jersey has been helping dogs and serving their community since forming in 2012. The SPCRA accepts dogs from the general public, rescues, and homeless, abandoned and unwanted dogs and puppies. The shelter’s mission is to find each dog that comes into their care a Happy Forever Home. Last year alone, the SPCRA was able to rehome over 250 homeless dogs and vaccinate over 300 dogs through their low-cost vaccination clinic.
They recently received support to keep up all of their good work from the Health Extension Pet Care Company (formerly Vet’s Choice). Health Extension Pet Care Company, who were at Global Pet Expo, made a generous donation of food and supplies valued at $15,000.
“We are happy to support Shake A Paw’s efforts to provide a second chance to homeless animals” says Brad Gruber, COO of Health Extension Pet Care. “We are indebted to our partners who do so much to help animals in need.”
The two joined forces and it’s amazing to see such a such partnership flourish in order to help deserving dogs finding their forever home. President and Founder of the SPCRA of NJ, Jeffrey Morton commented “Our partnership with Health Extension is proof that the life-saving and tireless work that we do is rewarded in the most unexpected ways.”
