Dogs 4 Youth will feature a massive indoor dog-centric marketplace with vendors from a wide variety of companies selling everything a dog could ever want or need, with a few things for you too. Custom dog leashes, collars, specialized doggie treats, a day at the spa, and so much more. No matter your dog’s size or shape, you’re sure to find something they’ll love almost as much as they love you!
All proceeds go to helping the FORT youth centre, an organization that provides free programming for youth ages 11-18 in Grimsby, Smithville, and Caistor. Our friends from Dog Lovers Days will also be providing entertainment.

The purpose of this group is to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone’s grief matters. PawsWay Puppy Kindergarten Class

Every Tuesday evening:
Session 1:6pm- 7pm
& Session 2: 7pm- 8pm
This 4-week course is a fun and interactive way to introduce puppies and owners to basic training. Starting early with fun and rewarding positive motivational training helps teach the behavior we want before bad habits have a chance to form.
Since there is limited space in each class we encourage you to register early. To register please call us at 416-360-7297 ext. 230 and have your credit card information ready.
The final class for these two sessions will take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

As part of Responsible Pet Ownership Month, the City of Pickering is hosting Petapolooza, Pickering’s Pet Tradeshow. Petapolooza brings together pet enthusiasts within our community and gives them an opportunity to meet industry professionals, rescue groups, and others in the pet industry. Food and drinks will also be available on site.
As in previous years, all proceeds from the tradeshow will go towards the development of a permanent Animal Shelter to enable us to continue to care and house sick and injured animals for years to come.
- This event is free to the public however we are asking for a voluntary donation of $2.
- Dogs are welcome and must be on leash unless you are in the lower level of the leash free area.

The Purina Walk for Dog Guides is a national fundraising walk held in more than 200 communities across Canada.
